About Bhim Datta Multiple Campus

College Overview

Bhim Datta Multiple Campus (BDMC), situated in the scenic heart of Amargadhi, Dadeldhura, stands as a beacon of higher education in the Sudurpashchim Province of Nepal. Established in 1985 (2042 BS), the institution was named in honor of the revolutionary martyr Bhimdatta Panta, whose vision for social justice and equality continues to inspire the campus's mission.

As a community-based non-profit institution, BDMC has spent nearly four decades addressing the educational void in the far-western hills. It has evolved from a small local initiative into a Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) certified campus, a distinction awarded by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Nepal. This certification underscores the campus's commitment to maintaining rigorous academic standards and providing quality education to students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Our Mission

To produce highly skilled, ethically grounded, and socially responsible human resources capable of competing in the global market while contributing to the sustainable development of the nation.

Our Vision

To transform Bhim Datta Multiple Campus into a premier research-oriented academic center of excellence and eventually a deemed university in the far-western region.

Institutional Highlight: BDMC is one of the few community campuses in the Sudurpashchim region to successfully achieve QAA status, reflecting its superior infrastructure and academic governance.
